Unfortunately, it is all too often lost in the stress of everyday life: between to-do lists, shopping lists, mountains of laundry, doctor's appointments, and, and.... there is sometimes little room for loving words or gestures for the people we love. Yet it is precisely from this that we draw strength.
Valentine's Day reminds us to take time and do something good for each other. A lovingly chosen gift (if you still need an idea - this way), a springtime floral greeting, a nice visit to a restaurant - and of course a card in which we put into words for our favourite person what he or she means to us. Of course, a lot of heart and soul goes into a pretty homemade card...
...we have prepared something. By the way, it also works for all the other 364 days of the year ;)
You need:
♥ Card templates for download (Oscar the owl or Theodor the unicorn)
Printer paper (A4)
Colour printer
♥ a toilet paper roll
Acrylic paint
♥ paintbrush
♥ block or plate
Here's how:
♥ Print out the template - either Oscar the owl oder Theodor the unicorn.
♥ Shape the toilet paper roll into a heart-shaped stamp.
♥ Spread the acrylic paint thickly with a brush on a sheet of paper or a plate.
♥ Fold sheets of paper, press heart stamps into the paint and then onto the card - stamp as many hearts as you like. Professionals can add extra design elements with coloured pencils, glitter or washi tape.
♥ Allow to dry; then write loving words on the card.
♥ Give as a gift and enjoy the day/evening together.
