Unless otherwise agreed, your parcel is sent to you from the NICI warehouse Altenkunstadt, Germany, to the address indicated in your order. The goods are shipped as DHL parcel inside as well as outside Germany. NICI GmbH is entitled to have the delivery carried out by another dispatch company. If the parcel has been damaged on its jouney to you, please refuse delivery and have the parcel service send it back to us. We will send out your order once again as quickly as possible.
