about your decision to withdraw from the contract in an umambiguous way. Choose one of the following options to do so:

 

  • Use the model withdrawal form in your parcel.
  • Use our online return form. 
  • Get in touch via telephone, e-mail or fax.

 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to inform NICI about you exercising of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Effects of cancellation 

If you withdraw from your contract with NICI, we refund the payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional costs caused by you choosing a mode of delivery different from the standard delivery we use), as quickly as possible. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same method of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We will not charge you for any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

Send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract with NICI. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for a diminished value of the goods caused by you handling them in an inappropriate way to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
