We ship parcels and packages within Germany and abroad with DHL.
Delivery times
We will process your order as soon as we receive it. Your order is currently delivered within 1 to 3 working days. On average, domestic delivery takes 2 working days from receipt of the order. Please refer to the overview below for delivery times abroad.

Your payment will be processed securely via our partner Mollie. Please note that not all payment methods are available in all countries.
Note
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made from the NICI warehouse in Altenkunstadt to the delivery address specified by the customer. Shipment within Germany and abroad shall be made as a DHL parcel. NICI GmbH is entitled to have the delivery carried out by another shipping company. If the package is damaged during transportation by the parcel service, please refuse to accept it and have it returned by the parcel service. We will send the items you ordered again immediately.
