No problem: click on "I have forgotten my password" in the login area and enter the e-mail address linked to your account. We will send you an e-mail with a link. Click on this link to change your password.

On request, we will delete your customer account to the extent permitted by law. Please send a message to: onlineshop@nici.de. Please understand that we have to verify the deletion request to protect your account from unintentional deletion. For this reason, we will contact you again by e-mail before we delete any data. If you would like to help us improve our service, it would be nice if you let us know in your message why you would like to delete your account, but of course we will also fulfil your request for deletion if you do not give us a reason.

Buy and pay

As a registered NICI customer, you can view orders in your NICI customer account. To do this, you must log in to your customer account. In addition, we will send an "order receipt confirmation" to the e-mail address you have provided with every successfully received order. Guest customers will also receive an "order receipt confirmation" to the e-mail address provided when placing the order.

You can pay by credit card, instant bank transfer and PayPal.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit or cancel an order after it has been sent, as it will be processed immediately after we receive it so that you can hold your parcel in your hands as quickly as possible.

Shipment

Your parcel will arrive with DHL.

For every order we receive, we send an "order receipt confirmation" by email to the email address you provided when placing the order. After we have handed over the delivery to DHL, DHL will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number. As a registered NICI customer, you can also view the status of your order in your NICI customer account after logging in.

The shipping costs vary depending on the country to which your parcel is to be sent. You can find an overview of the costs on the Shipping and payment page.

Unfortunately, delivery to a "Packstation" is not possible at the moment.

Return of goods

Our employees process every order with care. However, if you notice that items are missing, please write to onlineshop@nici.de as soon as possible. We will get back to you as quickly as possible. Please don't forget to tell us the NICI order number, this will help us to respond faster.

Please fill in the withdrawal form and send the item back to us including the filled in withdrawal form. The return costs have to be paid by the sender. After receiving and checking your return, you will receive a credit note. This may take a few days. Please note: the right of cancellation does not apply if the packaging of the item has been removed or damaged! More information you can find in the section "cancellation policy".
