At NICI, many people are involved in training our apprentices. Our department heads and administrators have many years of professional experience in their fields and most of them have been with NICI for a long time. This gives you the opportunity to benefit from a wealth of experience and expertise, provided you follow one rule: “Ask questions, ask questions, ask questions” and, of course, “learn from the answers.”
