We support your learning success by giving you time for it. You can plan this yourself or in consultation with Ralph, the training manager. Do you have topics or tasks from vocational school that you find difficult? We have an experienced colleague in the team who can help you with any problem. Do you need support in preparing for exams? We will help you and cover the costs of external preparation courses and training materials.
