Our company headquarters are located in Altenkunstadt, Upper Franconia, and we employ around 150 people worldwide.
The market leader is looking for you as:
IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
In this role, you will be responsible for the reliable support and further development of our IT infrastructure. You will provide support in the administration of systems and networks, ensure stable IT operations and implement operational IT tasks in an efficient and structured manner.
What we want from you:
- Completed training in the IT sector or comparable qualification - career starters are also welcome!
- Sound knowledge of current server and client operating systems
- Know-how in the areas of virtualisation, storage networks, backup and recovery systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, terminal server environments and network administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (desirable, but not a must)
- Initial experience in IT projects is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and good written and spoken English skills
Your area of responsibility:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure
- Administration of Windows and Linux servers, network components and central applications and services
- Support and further development of the infrastructure
- Processing incidents and service requests
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of the network infrastructure
- Coordination of the procurement and commissioning of hardware and software
- Collaboration with external IT service providers and consultants on exciting IT projects

Product Development

Product design

Marketing
In marketing, you are the creative heart that promotes our brand to the outside world. You develop campaigns that appeal to our target group and use various channels, such as social media, to promote our products. Your strategic planning and keen sense for trends help to continuously strengthen our brand and attract new customers.
Customer service
In customer service, you are the first point of contact for our trading partners. You answer enquiries, solve problems and ensure that our B2B customers feel well looked after. Purchasing & Import
In the Purchasing and Import department, you will be responsible for procuring our products and materials. You will negotiate with suppliers, review offers and ensure smooth logistics. Your organisational skills and negotiating abilities are crucial to securing the best terms and maintaining a stable supply chain.
Sales
In sales, you are the link between our company and our customers. You acquire new customers, look after existing business partners and develop strategies to successfully sell our products. Your strong communication and negotiation skills are a great advantage here.
eCommerce
In the area of eCommerce, you will be responsible for our online shop. You will optimise product presentation, analyse sales figures and develop strategies to increase turnover. Your technical knowledge and keen sense for trends in online retail will help to strengthen our digital presence.
Accounting
In accounting, you ensure accurate and transparent financial management. You record receipts, prepare statements and assist with budget planning. Your accuracy and sense of responsibility are essential to ensuring the financial stability of our company.
Human Resources
In Human Resources, you are responsible for personnel planning, development and support. You assist in the recruitment of new employees, organise training courses and ensure a positive working environment. Your empathy and organisational skills help to build a motivated team.
IT
In the IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will provide support for technical issues, install software and ensure the security of our systems. Your technical skills are crucial to ensuring that everything runs smoothly within the company.
Warehouse & Logistics
In the warehouse and logistics department, you will be responsible for organising and shipping our products. You will ensure efficient warehousing, coordinate the shipment of goods and make sure that all products arrive at the customer's premises on time. Your organisational skills and attention to detail are of great importance here.
