To strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of:
Dispatch and Logistics Assistant (m/f/d)
To strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for a dedicated member of staff (m/f/d) to work in dispatch. In this varied role, you will carry out both administrative duties in the warehouse office and operational tasks in the dispatch department. You will ensure that our products reach our customers reliably and on time, thereby making an important contribution to a smooth logistics process.
Your responsibilities
- Dispatch processing and organisation
Preparing and processing dispatch declarations for freight forwarders and parcel delivery services, as well as organising and coordinating domestic and international shipments. - Dispatch and transport documents
Preparing, checking and managing all relevant dispatch and transport documents. - Communication and deadline monitoring
Liaising with freight forwarders, customers and internal departments, as well as monitoring delivery deadlines and shipment status. - Order picking and dispatch preparation
Picking and compiling consignments in accordance with customer orders, and preparing them for dispatch on time. - Warehouse support
Assisting with stock-takes and carrying out general warehouse tasks. - Tidiness and quality
Ensuring the dispatch area is tidy and clean, and supporting efficient warehouse operations.
What we’re looking for in you
- Completed commercial or logistics training would be an advantage
- Professional experience in dispatch processing, warehouse logistics or a similar field is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, experience with ERP or inventory management systems
- An independent, meticulous and structured approach to work
- Ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills
- Willingness to undertake both office and warehouse duties
- A forklift licence is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Good written and spoken German

Forklift driver (m/f/d)
In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth flow of materials, support your team and take on a variety of tasks in the warehouse and transport area. Your main tasks will include the safe loading and unloading of goods and internal transport using a forklift truck.

Your area of responsibility:

Do you love illustration and character design and want to gain practical experience in the world of plush toys and gift items? Then support our design and product management team as a working student in the development of new NICI characters and exciting product ideas.
What you should bring with you:
- Studies in illustration, graphic design, product design, media design or a comparable subject
- Enjoyment of character design, drawing and developing small visual ideas
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

- Good knowledge of German
- Availability to work on-site at NICI
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting with the visualisation of product ideas and designs
- Collaborating on presentations for product management – e.g. for sales documents or internal coordination
- Supporting the preparation and documentation of design and concept meetings
- Small tasks in the area of packaging & environment illustration (e.g. backgrounds, icons, layouts) and POS design.
- General support for the design team in day-to-day business

Marketing
In marketing, you are the creative heart that promotes our brand to the outside world. Customer service
In customer service, you are the first point of contact for our trading partners. You answer enquiries, solve problems and ensure that our B2B customers feel well looked after. Purchasing & Import
In the Purchasing and Import department, you will be responsible for procuring our products and materials. You will negotiate with suppliers, review offers and ensure smooth logistics. Sales
In sales, you are the link between our company and our customers. You acquire new customers, look after existing business partners and develop strategies to successfully sell our products. Your strong communication and negotiation skills are a great advantage here.
eCommerce
In the area of eCommerce, you will be responsible for our online shop. You will optimise product presentation, analyse sales figures and develop strategies to increase turnover. Your technical knowledge and keen sense for trends in online retail will help to strengthen our digital presence.
Accounting
In accounting, you ensure accurate and transparent financial management. You record receipts, prepare statements and assist with budget planning. Your accuracy and sense of responsibility are essential to ensuring the financial stability of our company.
Human Resources
In Human Resources, you are responsible for personnel planning, development and support. You assist in the recruitment of new employees, organise training courses and ensure a positive working environment. Your empathy and organisational skills help to build a motivated team.
IT
