Forklift driver (m/f/d)

In this position, you will be responsible for the smooth flow of materials, support your team and take on a variety of tasks in the warehouse and transport area. Your main tasks will include the safe loading and unloading of goods and internal transport using a forklift truck.

  • Experience in the warehouse or dispatch area - or the motivation to familiarise yourself with this area

Your area of responsibility:

  • Operating forklift trucks to load and unload goods
  • Storage and retrieval of products in the warehouse area
  • Support with incoming and outgoing goods inspection
  • General storage and transport activities within the warehouse
  • Collaboration in the optimisation of warehouse processes

Part-time HR Administrator (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative support of our HR processes, support in employee communication and the careful implementation of operational HR tasks.

What we are looking for:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have professional experience in HR, particularly in payroll accounting.
  • You have solid knowledge of labour and social security law.
  • You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally have some experience with DATEV and/or Interflex.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English.
  • You are characterised by your independent and structured way of working and your communication skills.
  • You work accurately and responsibly on the tasks assigned to you.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Independent preparation and creation of payroll accounting in cooperation with an external payroll service provider.
  • Maintenance of employee master data and reconciliation of payroll-relevant data.
  • You are the contact person for all employees and managers for HR questions.
  • Support HR management with various HR-related issues (e.g. drawing up employment contracts, references, reports).
  • Maintenance of the Interflex time management system.
  • Preparation of statistics and various analyses.
  • Coordination of topics with health insurance companies and personnel service providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative ideation and development of new NICI plush toy characters.
  • Producing sketches of new NICI plush toy characters from various perspectives and views.
  • Contributing to concepts for new products and collections.
  • Supporting the technical development process, particularly by providing feedback on plush toy prototypes up to the final sample.
  • Creating additional illustrations, such as landscapes, backgrounds, etc., for designing gift items and for marketing purposes.
  • Developing packaging and labels directly related to the products.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to product development.

We will train you step by step and make you an expert in warehouse logistics in the NICI team.
