Visiting the Chinese Bamboo Forest

The Wild Friends from the NICI GmbH are travelling to the Chinese province Gansu in order to visit their friend Fu Bao, the giant panda – the new family member from the current NICI Spring Collection 2011.

Altenkunstadt, 23^th November 2010. The NICI GmbH is adding a cuddly, black and white giant panda named Fu Bao [Chinese for wealth, health] to its new Wild Friends assortment and is letting this cosy bear settle in nurseries everywhere.

As with all pandas, Fu Bao is crazy about tender bamboo shoots. During the day he relaxes in his den or has found a comfortable place in one of the tall trees on the subtropical hillsides. Pandas are active in the dusk and at night. This is the reason why he always explores his surroundings in the evening hours and meets his friends for a little chat then. Actually, the giant panda is a loner. Not so Fu Bao – he will immediately win the affection of all panda fans and fans to be.
